1. OVERVIEW RETURNS POLICY

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:

The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
The item is unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. REFUND PROCEDURE

To initiate a refund, please contact us and provide the following details:

Your order number.
The reason for the return.
If applicable, clear photos or videos showing the problem with the product.
Upon receipt of your return request, we will review it and inform you of the status of your return by email.

NOTE: all refund shipping costs are for the customer that wants to return!

4. TIME FRAME FOR REFUND

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Certain items are non-refundable will be highlighted when you bought the product.
